AC Condensate is actually quite clean water condensed from the air. It is one of the few things that can go to storm water. However, accumulated condensate can grow algae, a slip hazard. It is also unsightly, and such things contribute to low morale. It is always best to plan for condensate recovery and routing, instead of leaving a trail across the plant.
